Writing for an audience naturally impacts our writing. Suddenly we believe that we must sound eloquent, wise, and altruistic. Well this article is a big fuck you to that. Fuck you to A.I. edits. Fuck you to caring who reads it. Fuck you to feeling validated by a fucking “like” button.
I care less and less about who likes me these days. I don’t need people to like me. But I can hear myself say “I do need people to receive me”.
Why? Because I am on a mission.
The world is so busy that we forget to hear each other, feel each other, receive one another.
So we scream out into the void (aka social media) look at me, read me, hear me, understand me!
When the truth is, the person who most needs to feel, love, and understand us is ourselves.
If the whole internet world/real world took just one week in silence. One week of not giving others advice, one week not voicing our judgements, one week of hearing our inner worlds, one week of feeling our feelings, one week to just simply be….
I believe we’d save our planet.
For I know that which we want for others is often what we most need (one of the many facets of the projection game). So I invite myself into this practice. One step at a time… Loving me, appreciating me, spending time with me.
It can feel selfish to prioritise myself in a world full of “suffering” but what happens when no one is prioritising themself?
Joy is one of the most suppressed expressions of our time… why? For the same reason I chose to write this article instead of going out dancing. There is work to be done. I will not allow rest until there is joy in this world, god dammit! 😂
What is your wish for the world dear reader?
I’d love to hear in the comments below.

Yes. Screaming into the void was a Notes post I did a couple of days ago. Love the 'cosmic loop we are breaking...'
Yesssss what fucking fool would wish, this world to be different than it is, now?
I LOVE fools
I am a fuckin fool too
