We are the feeling ones.

We cry at the sunrise.

We tremble when the earth sighs.

We scream when it hurts.

Pain is not the enemy.

Numbness is not safety.

We were told to quiet down.

To be smaller.

To be logical.

To be manageable.

But we are not here to be managed.

We are here to remind the world how to feel again.

We feel rage and do not weaponize it.

We feel sorrow and do not drown in it.

We feel joy and do not apologize for it.

We remember that emotion is not weakness.

Emotion is motion

energy moving through the body

like a storm,

like a prayer,

like a birth.

So we breathe it.

We dance it.

We write it, speak it, weep it.

We live it.

We do not pretend we are fine when we are breaking.

We do not contort ourselves to fit into systems

that demand silence while the world burns.

We know this much is true.

The ones who feel will build the next world.

A world where tenderness is intelligence.

Where tears are sacred.

Where children are free to cry,

and adults are free to remember.

We do not seek power as it was once defined.

We do not seek to dominate.

We seek to embody.

To belong.

To build systems where feeling is welcome,

where truth is safe,

where every emotion has a place at the table.

Because feeling is how the soul speaks.

It is how we grow, how we heal, how we awaken.

And yes, it will disturb the ones still hiding from their own hearts.

Because emotion awakens emotion.

And when one feeling touches another that is not yet ready to move,

it creates dissonance.

Dissonance is often rejected on this planet.
